As summer begins giving way to autumn, we invite you into an intentional evening of ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, ritual, meditation, and immersive sound.

Return to Self is centered around a simple idea:

You don't always need to become someone new. Sometimes you need space to come back to yourself.

Throughout the evening, we'll explore the physical experience of cacao alongside its long ceremonial history and the symbolism of the heart center—then use meditation, reflection, sound, and ritual to consider what you're ready to leave behind and what you intentionally want to carry into your next season.

No particular spiritual belief or previous experience is required.
