I understand that energy work is a gentle technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that energy work practitioners neither diagnose conditions, prescribe, or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment plan of a licensed medical professional. I understand that energy work does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that energy work may complement, but should not be used as a substitute for, any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I understand that a hands-on or hands-off energy work technique is my personal choice. I acknowledge that long term energy imbalances in the body may require multiple sessions. I understand that individual results may vary per client; therefore, their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use. I understand and agree that IntuNikki, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the session I received. I also agree to contact my energy work practitioner in the event of any issue that should arise from the session I received. I understand that all information shared with IntuNikki will be held in the strictest of confidence. All sessions are fully non-refundable. I understand that IntuNikki sessions are for Entertainment Purposes ONLY! IntuNikki does not give Legal, Financial or Medical Advice and takes no responsibility for individual interpretations. You are responsible for your own life, interpretations, and your own decisions.

I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that Psychic (“Oracle”, “Intuitive”, “Medium”) Readings are for entertainment purposes only. All guidance is subject to my own interpretation. Refunds & Cancelations

I understand that a non-refundable payment in-full is required at the time of booking and that if I fail to appear for my appointment or fail to reschedule within 24 hours of appointment, this payment is forfeited. I understand and agree that IntuNikki, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly or indirectly, as a result of the sessions. I understand that all information shared with IntuNikki will be held in the strictest confidence. All sessions are fully non-refundable.
All appointments require at least 24-72 hours advance notice, depending on availability. Exceptions include events such as Expos or at IntuNikki discretion. With the exception of an emergency, as determined by IntuNikki, I must cancel at least 24 hours prior to my appointment time.
All Product Sales are final, no returns, unless stated otherwise. If you have a complaint with the product you received, please contact customer service at intunikki.spirit@gmail.com

Any information shared with IntuNikki is 100% confidential unless it presents harm to yourself or to others. Discretion will used to determine if a safety concern exists.
