Say It Out Loud: Courage Cacao Ceremony

You know what you want now. Maybe it is a boundary, a new offering, a hard conversation, or a dream you have kept quiet. And yet, every time you get close, fear pulls you back into "maybe later."

Fear lives in the body: a tight chest, a racing heart, shallow breath. Courage is not the absence of fear. It is a nervous system steady enough to move forward anyway. Cacao's gentle heart-opening warmth, combined with slow breathing and the support of a circle, helps your body feel safe enough to say yes.

What we'll do: We will sip ceremonial cacao, move through a heart-centered meditation, name the fear that has been holding us back, then each woman will speak her first brave step out loud to the circle. You will leave with a written commitment card and a circle of women cheering you on.
