Seeds in the Dark: New Moon Cacao Intention Ceremony

October cracked something open. You saw old patterns, felt old wounds, and started to understand yourself in a new way. Now there is a quiet question sitting in your chest: "Okay… so what do I do with all of this?"

When we are unsure of our next step, the body often stays tense and the mind keeps spinning. Ceremonial cacao gently increases blood flow and helps the body soften, which makes it easier to drop out of overthinking and into your heart. Paired with guided journaling and breath, it creates the calm, open state where real intentions can form, instead of "shoulds."

What we'll do: Together we will sip ceremonial cacao, move through a guided heart-opening meditation, journal on the question "Now that I know this about myself, what do I want?", set one clear New Moon intention, and close with a short sound bath to seal it in.
