Before deciding what comes next, sometimes we need room. Clear the Space is a sound immersion centered around letting go of the mental noise, emotional clutter, unfinished thoughts, and accumulated tension we carry from one season into another. Rather than forcing yourself to "let go," you'll be invited to notice what you're carrying and allow sound, stillness, breath, and reflection to create a little more room around it. This class falls just before September's New Moon, making it a natural moment for reflection and intentional reset without requiring any particular spiritual belief. The astronomical New Moon occurs the following evening in Cheyenne. Clear some space. Come rest, receive, and reset.
