Service Description
A new season doesn't require a new you. It can simply become an invitation to move forward more intentionally. Crossing the Threshold is an immersive sound experience held immediately after the Autumn Equinox, centered around transition, reflection, and deciding what you want to carry into the season ahead. You'll be guided into stillness before moving into an extended sound immersion with spacious time to simply receive. We'll close by gently reconnecting with what feels important now—not because a season determines your future, but because transitions can give us meaningful opportunities to pause and choose. Step into autumn intentionally.
