Relationships can show us beautiful parts of ourselves—and uncomfortable ones. They can reveal where we struggle with boundaries, trust, abandonment, receiving, conflict, vulnerability, validation, or asking for what we need. This group energy-healing experience invites you to notice what your relationships may have illuminated without blaming yourself or anyone else. Through guided reflection, Reiki/energy healing, grounding, and quiet integration, we’ll explore what these experiences may be showing us about our own healing. The goal isn’t to reopen old wounds. It’s to meet yourself with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
