Service Description

September began by quieting the noise. We're ending it by coming home. Home is a deeply restful sound healing experience centered around reconnection—not becoming better, achieving more, or figuring everything out. Just remembering what it feels like to inhabit your own life again. We'll begin with a short guided meditation before moving into an extended sound immersion with plenty of space for rest and integration. There is nothing to solve here. Nothing to prove. Nothing you need to become before you are allowed to rest. Maybe the person you've been looking for has been underneath the noise all along.
