Service Description
This is a 10-15 minute nervous system measurement taken before and after a healing session. Metrics measured: • HRV (Heart Rate Variability) • Stress index • Recovery state • Heart-brain coherence • Nervous system balance Clients receive: • Before/after comparison • explanation of their nervous system state • insight into how the session affected regulation
Cancellation Policy
IntuNikki Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy By booking any service, class, event, or session with IntuNikki LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. Payment All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. All Sales Are Final. Payments secure a reserved appointment time and are non-refundable. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to show, a 50% cancellation fee/no-show fee will apply and the remaining 50% may be issued as a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once. No refunds will be issued. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, or failing to attend their appointment, will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be forfeited. Online Sessions Clients are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet and technology to attend virtual sessions. Client-side technical issues do not qualify for refunds or credits. Liability Clients voluntarily participate and assume responsibility for their well-being. By booking, you agree to release and hold harmless IntuNikki LLC and its practitioners from liability. Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you agree to this policy and understand the payment terms, including cancellation fees and no-refund policy.
