Service Description
There are situations we cannot control, people we cannot change, and outcomes we cannot force. But power and control are not the same thing. This sound-healing experience explores the difference between trying to control what is happening around us and reconnecting with the choices that still belong to us. Through grounding, guided reflection, sound healing, and intention setting, we’ll work with themes of agency, confidence, resilience, and inner strength. You may not be able to choose everything that happens next—but you can reconnect with how you want to meet it.
