The Wound Beneath the Reaction-Energy Healing

Service Description

Sometimes a small moment creates a very big reaction. A change in someone’s tone. A delayed response. Feeling dismissed. Being left out. Not feeling heard. Our reactions can sometimes carry more than the present moment. This trauma-aware group energy-healing experience gently explores the emotions and unmet needs that may live underneath our reactions. Through guided meditation, body awareness, Reiki/energy healing, and reflection, we’ll practice noticing what is happening without judging ourselves or forcing old memories to surface. You do not need to know exactly where a pattern began to begin responding to yourself differently now.
